The DISCOVERY FFA Leadership Conference reaches students in the 6th-8th grades. The focus of this conference is on developing the individual leader with overarching goals of understanding what leadership is, how one’s goals and values make a difference in their success as a leader, and developing a leadership action plan. We are proud to announce that The Delaware FFA Discovery Leadership Conference for Middle School FFA Chapters (6th-8th grades) will be held at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, DE on November 20th, with registration starting at 8:30 am and opening session at 9:00am. The program will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m.
